Our coaching approach is based on the principle of “fundamentals,” A fundamental is the optimal reaction in a situation with different options. In every aspect of life, there are structures. At Fundamentalyse we have decoded all fundamentals in Life and Business.

Our coaching process

FREE 1 on 1 intake

We start with an initial consultation to get to know your needs, goals, and expectations. This allows us to determine if our coaching is a good fit for you and to set the stage for the coaching process.


We collaborate with you to assess your current situation, identifying any obstacles or challenges you may be facing. Together, we then work with you to set goals that align with your values and aspirations.


In our ongoing coaching sessions, we connect with you regularly, usually weekly. Within these sessions, we talk about your progress towards your goals, pinpoint any obstacles or challenges that require attention, and offer the support, guidance, and accountability you need.


In addition to our coaching sessions, we integrate self-integration practices, like mindfulness and reflective exercises, to support your journey. These practices aim to raise your self-awareness and emotional intelligence, empowering you to navigate your thoughts and emotions effectively, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being.
